Requirements
Must:
- Expérience significative avec Microsoft 365
- Connaissance approfondie de larchitecture M365 (tenant, identité, collaboration, sécurité)
- Expertise en administration des services Microsoft 365 tels que Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams
- Capacité à gérer les licences et optimiser les coûts
- Compétences en sécurité et conformité, y compris RGPD et ISO
- Expérience en gestion des incidents complexes (niveau 3)
- Connaissance des outils tels que PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, Purview, Power Automate, Intune
- Approche proactive pour la veille technologique et les bonnes pratiques ITIL
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration
Responsibilities
- DĂ©finir et maintenir larchitecture M365
- Concevoir les Ă©volutions techniques de la plateforme
- Garantir les bonnes pratiques Microsoft et assurer une veille technologique continue
- Administrer les services Microsoft 365, incluant Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams
- Traiter les incidents complexes en collaboration avec le support de proximité
- Mettre en œuvre les politiques de sécurité et garantir la conformité réglementaire
- Définir et appliquer les règles de gouvernance M365
- Participer aux projets de transformation digitale et accompagner les migrations et déploiements M365
- Former et accompagner les équipes IT et utilisateurs clés
- Produire la documentation technique et fonctionnelle

Nous sommes à la recherche dun Ingénieur Microsoft 365 pour rejoindre notre équipe dans un environnement dynamique. Ce poste offre une rémunération compétitive allant de 60 000,00€ à 65 000,00€ par an. Vous aurez lopportunité de travailler en télétravail hybride, avec des bureaux situés à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92).
