Requirements
Must:
- Expérience dau moins 5 ans sur la plateforme ServiceNow dans des environnements complexes
- Maîtrise du module ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change)
- Connaissance des modules CMDB, HR, ITBM, CSM
- Connaissance approfondie des bonnes pratiques ITIL et ServiceNow
- Maîtrise des méthodologies Agile / Scrum
- Capacité à configurer et paramétrer de manière avancée les modules ServiceNow
- Expertise en administration back-office ServiceNow
Responsibilities
- Concevoir des solutions techniques répondant aux besoins métiers
- Paramétrer et développer des scripts sur la plateforme ServiceNow en conformité avec les user stories du backlog
- Rédiger la documentation technique selon les standards de léquipe
- Réaliser les tests dintégration des user stories
- Traiter les incidents ServiceNow transmis par les administrateurs fonctionnels (assistance de niveau 2)
- Préparer et assurer les différentes étapes de mise en production
