Requirements
Must:
- 6 ans dexpérience minimum sur IBM Maximo (7.5 / 7.6 / MAS)
- Expérience confirmée en pilotage fonctionnel de projet
- Bonne compréhension des métiers maintenance / asset management
- À laise face aux clients et en animation dateliers
- Solides qualités rédactionnelles et esprit structuré
- Leadership naturel, diplomatie et sens du collectif
Responsibilities
- Analyser les besoins clients et cadrer les projets
- Concevoir les processus métiers et les solutions fonctionnelles
- Paramétrer IBM Maximo / MAS selon les bonnes pratiques
- Piloter les tests, recettes et mises en production
- Former les utilisateurs et accompagner le changement
- Encadrer des consultants juniors
- Participer aux avant-ventes et appels doffres
