Requirements
Must:
- Capacité danalyse, de formalisation et de transformation des besoins métier en solution.
- Maitrise méthodologique pour cadrages et design de solutions.
- Capacité à travailler avec des profils variés (utilisateurs CR, IT, architectes…).
- Autonomie et force de proposition, notamment sur des sujets nouveaux nécessitant cadrage et exploration.
- Excellente communication.
- Rigueur et méthodologie (animation dateliers, interviews utilisateurs, approche processus, rédaction de récits, tests…).
- Connaissance du crédit et du secteur bancaire appréciée mais non indispensable.
