Must:
- Vous avez au moins 3 ANS DEXPÉRIENCE sur un poste similaire hors alternance (requis)
- Vous maîtrisez les environnements MICROSOFT (WINDOWS, O365)

- Vous avez une vraie appétence pour le SUPPORT UTILISATEUR ET LE TERRAIN avec une capacité de résolution dincidents de Niveau 3
- Vous êtes AUTONOME, RIGOUREUX(SE) ET ORIENTÉ(E) SERVICE
- Vous avez un ANGLAIS TECHNIQUE
Responsibilities
- Assurer la MAINTENANCE ET LA GESTION DU PARC INFORMATIQUE ET DU RÉSEAU avec des compétences de Niveau 3 (Requis)
- Installer, configurer et faire évoluer les POSTES DE TRAVAIL ET ÉQUIPEMENTS BUREAUTIQUES
- Garantir le BON FONCTIONNEMENT, LA SÉCURITÉ ET LA SAUVEGARDE DES SYSTÈMES ET DONNÉES
- Gérer les COMMANDES ET LE SUIVI DU MATÉRIEL INFORMATIQUE
- Rédiger des PROCÉDURES TECHNIQUES ET DOCUMENTATIONS
- Accompagner et former les UTILISATEURS INTERNES
- Participer à une DÉMARCHE DAMÉLIORATION CONTINUE via une veille technologique
