Requirements
Must:
- Vous avez déjà évolué dans un rôle de PRODUCT OWNER OU PRODUCT MANAGER
- Vous avez une expérience dans un ENVIRONNEMENT SAAS
- Vous maîtrisez les MÉTHODOLOGIES AGILES (SCRUM / SPRINT PLANNING / BACKLOG MANAGEMENT)
- Vous savez PRIORISER, STRUCTURER ET FORMALISER DES BESOINS FONCTIONNELS
- Vous êtes à laise dans un rôle TRANSVERSE ENTRE ÉQUIPES TECHNIQUES ET MÉTIERS
- Vous avez un EXCELLENT SENS DE LANALYSE ET DE LA COMMUNICATION
- Une expérience dans les domaines RH, PLANNING, GESTION DES TEMPS OU OUTILS MÉTIERS est un plus
Responsibilities
- Recueillir et analyser les BESOINS UTILISATEURS ET MÉTIERS
- Participer à la DÉFINITION ET À LA CONCEPTION DES FONCTIONNALITÉS PRODUIT
- Maintenir et prioriser le BACKLOG PRODUIT
- Rédiger des USER STORIES CLAIRES ET EXPLOITABLES PAR LES ÉQUIPES DE DÉVELOPPEMENT
- Participer Ă la PLANIFICATION ET AU SUIVI DES SPRINTS
- Collaborer étroitement avec les DÉVELOPPEURS, QA ET UX DESIGNERS
- Anticiper les impacts fonctionnels et les RISQUES DE RÉGRESSION
- Contribuer à lAMÉLIORATION CONTINUE DU PRODUIT
- Assurer la COMMUNICATION AUTOUR DES ÉVOLUTIONS PRODUIT
- Recueillir et analyser les RETOURS UTILISATEURS ET INDICATEURS DE SATISFACTION

Ce poste inclut une rémunération compétitive de 50K/55K fixe, avec un variable, ainsi que 2 jours de télétravail par semaine.
