Requirements
Must:
- Doctorat M2 ou idéalement doctorat (Bac+8) avec spécialisation en IA, informatique, recherche opérationnelle ou mathématiques appliquées
- Expérience en optimisation génétique / évolutionnaire (Genetic & Evolutionary Computation)
- Expérience en apprentissage automatique profond (Machine Learning)
- Expérience en apprentissage par renforcement (Reinforcement Learning)
- Compétences en programmation scientifique et générale (Python et autres)
- Anglais (niveau C1 attendu)
- Rigueur scientifique, autonomie, pragmatisme, sens des responsabilités et excellente communication
Responsibilities
- Conception dalgorithmes doptimisation nouveaux ou augmentant des algorithmes existants pour résoudre des problèmes doptimisation difficile
- Conduite de projets dapplication avec les entités business de Thales en cycle complet
- Participation active à des projets collaboratifs de recherche européens
- Activités transverses telles que encadrement scientifique, publications, brevets et veille scientifique
