Requirements

Must:
- I require proficiency in French, both spoken and written, as well as English. - Familiarity with operating systems is essential, particularly Windows 11. - I expect experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and OneDrive for office automation. - You should be comfortable with the use and configuration of laptops, desktops, iPhones, and iPads. - Basic Active Directory management skills are necessary, including creating machine accounts and resetting user passwords. - A foundational understanding of printer hardware maintenance (level 1) is required. - Basic knowledge of IP telephony is important. - Familiarity with Visio system Cisco and Zoom applications is a plus. - Experience with reporting tools, specifically ServiceNow, is required. - A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. - May require technical certification or an Associate Degree. - Generally, 2-4 years of experience in the area of responsibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

- I will provide the full range of Field Engineering support for an assigned base of large and complex clients. - I take complete ownership of onsite service activities. - I perform advanced-level maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installation activities. - I provide technical feedback on equipment, systems, and processes to improve overall service delivery. - I utilize advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installations. - I identify and resolve systemic issues within the team. - I proactively support the needs of other team members by providing technical assistance and expertise. - I contribute to improved client services metrics reporting and documentation. - I monitor technical and process issues, proactively informing the manager and/or team on improvement recommendations.

Description

This is a full-time position with a pay rate of 30,000.00€ per year. The expected start date for this role is 24/03/2025. This position requires in-person work.
