Requirements

- Experience in an accounting firm or diverse client environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure with an external service provider (workstations, servers, printers, VPN, network, cloud, etc.)
- Administer systems and software: SFR, Office 365, Teams, business software (Silae, ACD, etc.)
- Ensure security and compliance: manage access rights, backups, monitor and apply GDPR and cybersecurity regulations
- Provide technical support to employees (level 1 and 2) and conduct continuous training on tools
- Contribute to the execution of digital projects
- Manage relationships with external providers: outsourcing, software editors, hosting services
- Conduct technology and regulatory watch
- Perform IT audits (infrastructure, organization, compliance, security) for clients
- Advise on cybersecurity: risk analysis, recommendations, implementation of best practices
- Assist with digitalization efforts
- Propose suitable tools and raise awareness of new threats or innovations
- Provide occasional or regular support for implementing IT solutions
Description
