Requirements
Must:
- Formation en informatique (BTS, DUT, Licence ou Ă©quivalent)
- 5 ans dexpérience minimum sur un poste similaire
- Niveau IT 3-4 avec forte autonomie technique
- Bon relationnel et sens du service
- Capacité à vulgariser et à travailler avec des profils non techniques
- Rigueur, discrétion et fiabilité
Responsibilities
- Support utilisateurs niveau 2-3 (incidents complexes)
- Administration des systèmes et postes de travail (environnement Windows)
- Gestion du réseau (LAN / VPN / accès distants)
- Suivi de la sécurité informatique (sauvegardes, mises à jour, bonnes pratiques)
- Relation avec les prestataires IT
- Participation aux projets IT (évolutions du SI, outils métiers, optimisation des process)
- Documentation et structuration des procédures

Nous sommes un cabinet dexpertise-comptable régional avec environ 100 collaborateurs répartis sur 3 sites. Nous recherchons un Technicien IT confirmé H/F pour renforcer notre organisation informatique, basé à Mt St Aignan (76130). Ce poste en CDI à temps plein vise à soutenir un associé en charge du pilotage IT tout en collaborant avec un autre technicien en place. Nous offrons un environnement dynamique avec des projets variés et une culture de collaboration.
