Requirements
Must:
- 2 à 4 ans dexpérience sur Odoo
- Expérience en support applicatif ou en rôle fonctionnel ERP
- Odoo : administration fonctionnelle, paramétrage, gestion des modules
- Gestion des tickets applicatifs et recueil/formalisation de besoins
- Tests fonctionnels et recettage
- Connaissance des processus Finance / Ops / CRM
- Notions SQL appréciées
- Outils : Odoo, Jira, Office 365, notions Python/SQL appréciées
- Anglais courant requis
- Expérience avec Salesforce (bonus)
- Connaissance du secteur SaaS ou agroalimentaire (bonus)
- Certifications Odoo (bonus)
- Notions Python (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Administrer et maintenir la plateforme Odoo au quotidien : tickets, accès, configurations
- Être linterface entre les équipes métiers et le SI pour tous les sujets Odoo
- Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins utilisateurs liés à lERP
- Participer aux évolutions fonctionnelles et réaliser les tests de recettage
- Rédiger et maintenir la documentation Odoo (procédures, guides utilisateurs)
- Assurer la qualité de la donnée ERP et alerter en cas danomalie
