Requirements
Must:
- Expérience confirmée en développement C# .NET
- Expérience en lead technique et Scrum Master
- Bonne maîtrise des architectures applicatives modernes

Responsibilities
- Animer les rituels Scrum (daily, sprint planning, review, rétrospective)
- Accompagner léquipe dans lapplication des pratiques Agile
- Assurer un rôle de Lead Tech sur lécosystème C# / .NET
- Participer aux choix darchitecture et aux décisions techniques
- Encadrer et faire monter en compétence les développeurs
- Garantir la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité du code
- Collaborer avec les équipes produit et métiers
- Contribuer activement à la refonte complète de lextranet
Description
Nous sommes en pleine modernisation et refonte totale dun extranet stratégique et recherchons un Scrum Master / Lead Tech C# .NET pour accompagner notre équipe de développement. Vous jouerez un rôle clé à la fois sur les aspects techniques et méthodologiques, en guidant notre équipe vers les meilleures pratiques Agile et techniques. Ce projet, à forte dimension technique et organisationnelle, vous permettra davoir un impact direct sur larchitecture et les pratiques dans un environnement Agile.
