Requirements
Must:
- Bac+2 with a specialization in SIO
- Basic knowledge of IT
- Strong interpersonal skills to listen and communicate effectively with users
- Good writing skills to provide clear and precise responses for incident tickets
- Rigor in applying procedures and protocols accurately
- Curiosity to explore new technologies and seek solutions to complex problems
- Organizational skills to manage priorities, incidents, and multiple demands effectively

Responsibilities
- Receive user requests via the Sorégies hotline
- Process tickets
- Enter requests into the ticketing tool
- Requalify requests (reformulation, initial diagnosis)
- Implement solutions or transfer to competent personnel
- Close tickets technically (if resolved)
- Assist users (software, hardware, remote work)
- Manage hardware stock
- Deploy preconfigured PCs via Intune
- Update the AD directory
- Update emails and mailing lists
Description
We are looking for an IT Support Technician in an apprenticeship contract to join our partner company, a major player in energy transition. This position is based in Poitiers (86) and offers competitive remuneration based on the level of education and age. We offer a new generation of alternance with ISCOD, and you will prepare for one of our state-recognized diploma programs at level 5 to level 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3, and Mastère/Bac+5). The role is to be filled as soon as possible!
