Requirements
Must:
- Une première expérience en support informatique (stage ou alternance) est un plus !
- Bonne maîtrise des systèmes dexploitation Windows 10 et 11 et des outils bureautiques (Office 365, Outlook, Chrome…).
- Sens du service : écoute, compréhension des besoins et problématiques techniques des utilisateurs.
- Autonomie et force de proposition dans lamélioration des solutions mises en place.
- Permis B obligatoire.
Responsibilities
- Déploiement configuration : Masterisation et paramétrage des postes de travail et tablettes, installation des accessoires.
- Gestion des accès sécurité : Administration des droits daccès utilisateurs et gestion des identités.
- Support maintenance : Diagnostic des pannes, ouverture et suivi des tickets dincidents (N1 à N2), résolution dans les délais impartis.
- Installation évolution : Participation au déploiement de dispositifs micro-informatiques, logiciels et solutions IT.

Nous sommes lISCOD, un spécialiste de la formation en Digital Learning, et nous recherchons un Technicien Informatique de Proximité en contrat dapprentissage pour notre entreprise partenaire, un groupe de construction indépendant. Ce poste est basé à Nice (06) et offre une opportunité de préparer lune de nos formations diplômantes reconnues par lÉtat, allant du niveau 5 au niveau 7 (Bac+2, Bachelor/Bac+3 et Mastère/Bac+5). La rémunération sera déterminée en fonction du niveau détudes et de lâge, et nous souhaitons pourvoir ce poste dès que possible.
