Must:
We are looking for candidates with a scientific background, ideally in computer science. You should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the design and development of COBOL, JCL, and DB2. Solid knowledge of the mainframe environment (IMS, TSO, COBOL, DB2, MQ) is essential. Proficiency in English would be a plus, and knowledge of native C, C#, and .Net would also be advantageous.
You need to be proactive and able to suggest the best technical and functional solutions, demonstrating initiative and analytical skills. It is important that you are able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong sense of organization. We value methodology, rigor, teamwork, technical autonomy, and effective communication.
Responsibilities
As an Analyst Developer, after training in our methods and tools, you will take on responsibilities throughout the development and support processes. More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Analyzing functional and technical requirements.
- Developing Cobol/IMS/DB2 in an IBM mainframe environment for the team's transversal applications.
- Writing functional and technical specifications as well as managing testing processes.
- Performing both evolutionary and technical maintenance of our applications while also providing user support.
- Monitoring the operation of our applications.
- Leading training sessions within the group.
