Requirements
Must:
We require a candidate with a Bac + 3 degree or higher in software engineering. You should have experience in development and/or system administration, ideally within a DevOps product team or a DevOps platform system team. Proficiency in agile project management applications, application development tools, testing and deployment tools, and both the administration and maintenance of IT systems is expected. You should also demonstrate skills in system architecture, knowledge of legal aspects of information technology, and familiarity with the IT and telecommunications market. We appreciate experience in modeling methods, norms, and development tools, as well as the ability to support change and lead projects.

Responsibilities
As the 'Head of the DevOps Product Line', I expect you to be proactive in developing the DevSecOps roadmap for our software factory. You will coordinate the internal expertise involved in DevSecOps including architects, system administrators, network and security teams, and product teams to streamline the software development process. You will lead the modernization of our software factory and act as the 'Ministerial Cloud Referent', maintaining a ministerial strategy for cloud technology and serving as a contact point for cloud service suppliers.
Description
You will be part of an Architecture office made up of 25 professionals, including architects, DevOps engineers, and project managers, supported by additional contractors. You will be working within the Digital Directorate of the MEAE, interfacing with development application teams, operations and infrastructure teams, and security officers. Collaboration with other ministries and service providers, as well as the Union of Public Procurement Groups (UGAP) and the State Procurement Directorate (DAE), will also be part of your role.
It is essential to obtain a 'Secret' level security clearance, and while remote work is possible after a brief onboarding period, travel to Nantes will be required. This position is a one-year assignment, renewable for an additional two years, and potentially a fourth year, with salaries ranging from €42,000 to €69,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
