Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Experience in performance indicator monitoring and reporting
- Knowledge of externalization processes and dashboard management
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and RALF
- Analytical skills to assess financial follow-up and optimization of activities
- Ability to standardize models and create indicator catalogs
- Proficiency in Power BI for developing performance dashboards
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings
Responsabilités
- Assist in establishing indicators for the Réseau Ferré National (RFN) and track them for IDF
- Monitor safety performance indicators based on production volumes across different domains
- Ensure financial tracking of all framework agreements and outsourcing volumes through ERP systems
- Standardize indicators by implementing a catalog of indicators
- Monitor safety facts and external controls on service providers
- Analyze activities to optimize workloads and follow up on project plans
- Contribute to the success workshops of DG IDF regarding indicators and overall organization
- Present security service needs to the panel
- Develop a Power BI dashboard for DG IDF externalization
- Contribute to the Power BI development on performance indicators of outsourced studies

You will play a crucial role in supporting our outsourcing initiatives by tracking and analyzing necessary performance indicators.
