- Contribute to the establishment of indicators at the level of the Réseau Ferré National (RFN) and ensure their monitoring for IDF - Track the performance safety indicator of our panels based on production volumes on the RFN for the following areas: - Security Services B1/B2 - Works - Electrical Protection of catenary - Ensure financial monitoring of all framework agreements and outsourcing volumes (Works-Studies -Security Services- Intellectual Services) of DG IDF through ERP PeopleSoft and ERP RALF: - Analytical Balance and General Ledger (Unreceived invoices, Charges to be paid, etc.) - Billed amounts - Ordered amounts - Committed amounts - Standardize models by creating a catalog of indicators - Monitor safety incidents of companies and external SAMI controls practiced on security service providers to have an overview of their performance - Conduct detailed analyses of activities to optimize load: monitoring the workload plans of Infrapôles and ITIF - Contribute to the Success Workshops DG IDF (Indicators / General Organization / Satisfaction Survey) - Assist in the presentation of the needs for Security Services to the Panel - Develop a Power BI showcase of the outsourcing of DG IDF - Contribute to the development of Power BI on the performance of our externalized study panel with indicators derived from external control
