Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Experience in performance indicator management and externalization processes
- Proficiency in using ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and RALF
- Ability to analyze financial data and track key financial metrics
- Strong skills in standardizing processes and developing dashboards
- Familiarity with security performance indicators in transport sectors
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to present data insights effectively to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong analytical skills to optimize operational load and efficiency
Responsabilités
- Contribute to the implementation of indicators at the national railway level and ensure their tracking for the IDF
- Monitor security performance indicators based on production volumes in specified domains
- Ensure financial tracking of all framework agreements and externalization volumes using ERP systems
- Standardize models by establishing a catalog of indicators
- Monitor safety events and external controls on security service providers
- Analyze activities to optimize workload and track plans
- Participate in DG IDF success workshops focusing on indicators and satisfaction surveys
- Assist in presenting the security service needs to the panel
- Develop a Power BI dashboard for externalization data
- Contribute to Power BI development focused on performance indicators from external controls
