Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Experience in managing externalization indicators and dashboard follow-up
- Strong analytical skills in performance security metrics for production volumes
- Financial tracking experience using ERP systems (specifically PeopleSoft and RALF)
- Ability to standardize models for indicators through catalog setup
- Experience in overseeing safety facts and controls in external security services
- Capability to analyze activities for workload optimization
- Participation in workshops related to DG IDF success indicators and organizational surveys
- Proficiency in developing Power BI reports for externalization and performance metrics
Responsabilités
- Assist in the establishment of performance indicators for the National Rail Network (RFN) and ensure follow-up for IDF
- Monitor the performance safety indicator based on production volumes for specified domains
- Ensure financial follow-up of all framework agreements and externalization volumes via ERP systems
- Standardize models by creating a catalog of indicators
- Monitor safety facts and external controls for security services to assess overall performance
- Analyze activities to optimize workload and oversee charge plans
- Contribute to success workshops for DG IDF focusing on indicators and satisfaction surveys
- Present needs for security services to the relevant panel
- Develop a Power BI dashboard showcasing DG IDF externalization
- Contribute to the Power BI development for the performance of externalized studies using external control indicators
