- Contribute to the establishment of indicators for the Réseau Ferré National (RFN) and ensure their follow-up for IDF - Monitor performance safety indicators based on production volumes in RFN for various domains: o Security Services B1/B2 o Works o Electric Protection of catenaries - Ensure financial tracking of all framework agreements and outsourcing volumes (Works-Studies - Security Services - Intellectual Services) using ERP PeopleSoft and ERP RALF: o Analytical Balance and General Ledger (Outstanding Invoices, Accrued Charges, etc.) o Billed amounts o Ordered amounts o Committed amounts - Standardize models by implementing an indicator catalog - Monitor safety facts from companies and external controls performed on security service providers to gain an overall view of their performance - Analyze activities in detail to optimize workload: follow-up on workload plans from Infrapôles and ITIF - Contribute to the success workshops of DG IDF (Indicators / General Organization / Satisfaction Survey) - Assist in presenting the security service needs to the Panel - Develop a Power BI showcase for the externalization of DG IDF - Contribute to the development of Power BI on the performance of our externalized study panel with indicators from external control
