- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Advanced level of English and French.
- Demonstrated learning agility, initiative, and innovative thinking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Value-oriented, with the ability to evaluate various technical approaches and solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in IT operations, system administration, technical support, or preferably in the aerospace sector.

Responsabilités
- Ensure the operational stability and smooth functioning of the 3DEXPERIENCE solution within Airbus Helicopters' information system.
- Implement and maintain the necessary configurations to meet the operational and cybersecurity requirements for the 3DEXPERIENCE solution.
- Execute, monitor, and optimize the multi-Business Unit deployment processes for the 3DEXPERIENCE solution.
- Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the services provided to our end-users, focusing on operational efficiency.
- Actively participate in incident resolution and request management, ensuring effective communication on service status.
