Obligatoire:
As the successful candidate, I expect you to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- VDI/VAD & Netscaler competencies (Citrix mandatory; Omnissa Horizon is a plus) and confirmed experience in this domain.
- Strong IT background (operating systems, networking, cybersecurity) with 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT operational environment, ensuring integration within the IT landscape.
- Good understanding of business requirements, a customer service orientation, and a focus on quality deliverables.
- Component integration skills.
- Technology trend monitoring ability.
- Partner, subcontractor management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Team spirit, service-mindedness, and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in French and English at a negotiation level.
- Willingness to travel regularly in Europe.
Responsabilités
In my team, you will have several key responsibilities:
- Act as the VDI matter expert, advising on delivery and associated use cases for both projects and operations.
- Collect, research, and suggest solutions to address requirements.
- Advise on methodology and implementation approaches.
- Deliver VDI/VAD solutions design, supporting solution architects during project definition.
- Support the delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Define Airbus Helicopters’ VDI technological orientation for both infrastructure and services.
- Serve as the Airbus Helicopters VDI referent for Group projects or cross-divisional initiatives.
- Manage and resolve complex technical incidents on VDI/VAD.
- Prove the value of new VDI technologies to establish business cases and update company guidelines.
- Monitor VDI technology and support teams in applying these within the Airbus environment.
- Guide and assist in selecting appropriate VDI technologies.
- Monitor technological trends to enhance competitive edge and make informed recommendations.
- Mentor and develop team members by sharing VDI expertise.
