Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Ideally experience in Methods and Aeronautics
- Mastery of fundamentals in Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of Offline Programming methods
- Knowledge of materials, cutting tools, and cutting parameters
- Understanding of aeronautical processes (drilling, fastening, riveting, etc.) and automation
- Passion for technology, with rigor and organization
- Excellent collaboration skills with strong analytical and synthesis abilities
- Clear communication skills adapted to different audiences
- Solid knowledge of the following software: CATIA, DELMIA, Fastsuite, ROBCAD, Lynx, G Suite
- Ability to communicate in English
Responsabilités
- Create complex programs on automatic riveters and robots
- Collaborate with various specific trades within Manufacturing Engineering (preparers, architects), Quality, Control Methods, and the Study Office
- Manage each industrialization request from quotation phase to production implementation
- Communicate and validate decisions and results post-programming/demonstration
- Coordinate and prioritize programming activities (2-3 people)
- Serve as the technical reference / optimize programs
- Share knowledge and ensure training and skill development of new hires
- Deploy numerical simulation tools and ensure technological monitoring in this area
- Willingness to travel abroad approximately 2-3 times a year (Morocco, Tunisia, Portugal)
