Exigences
Obligatoire:
- You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2 or 3 years.
- Strong interest and theoretical/practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) is essential.
- Experience with NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, SpaCy) is a plus.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Plotly) is desired.
- You are data-driven and able to anticipate challenges with a hands-on approach.
- Strong networking and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Able to communicate well with international teams to gather business needs and explain complex solutions.
- English: negotiation proficiency.
- French: intermediate proficiency.
Responsabilités
- Investigate complex operational datasets and unstructured information streams to uncover hidden inefficiencies in the delivery cycle and improve day-to-day operational efficiencies for Delivery teams.
- Bring a disruptive mindset to challenge existing processes and propose how GenAI and advanced analytics can transform the Aircraft acceptance programme.
- Create dashboards and visual aids to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in operations and management.
- Work closely with the Digital Product Owners and internal stakeholders (Delivery Operations, Delivery Transaction Managers, etc.).
- Propose and prototype AI-driven models that can predict bottlenecks or generate automated insights to significantly decrease the overall Aircraft Delivery Lead Time.
- Participate in defining the future digital strategy supporting our Customer Lines & Delivery Centers with the ambitions of simplification & efficiency.
