ERP COE SAP HANA Platform/Basis Expert M/F - Labège

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field - Masters degree preferred - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Basis Administrator with a strong focus on SAP HANA - Proven experience with large-scale, complex SAP HANA environments in a production setting - Demonstrable experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations and patching - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and SAP on cloud deployments is a significant plus - Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP HANA database administration, including architecture, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and replication - In-depth knowledge of SAP Basis components (NetWeaver, ABAP, Java stack) and administration tools - Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows Server) and underlying infrastructure (storage, networking, virtualization) - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation - Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, commercial monitoring solutions) - Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices - Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 2.0, SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP S/4HANA System Administration - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results - Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus - This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities
