I am looking for candidates who have the following skills and experience:
- Academic studies in the field of Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar.
- Comprehensive experience in the design, development, engineering, and/or integration of mission management systems for aircraft.
- Knowledge in systems engineering, requirements engineering, and integration in the field of avionics.
- Knowledge or previous experience with mission management systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience with agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe) is beneficial.
- Experience in Supplier Management.
- Team spirit, good communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management.
- Language skills: Business fluent in English/negotiation level; knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is an advantage.
This position requires a security clearance or the ability to be eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Responsabilités
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being technically responsible for Mission Management Systems/Digital Map integration.
- Conducting requirements engineering.
- Ensuring planning at the equipment and helicopter level for development and qualification.
- Assessing suppliers' offers with other stakeholders.
- Interfacing with project management, purchasing, sales, and other project stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Interfacing with/managing suppliers and customers.
- Managing suppliers during the development phase.
- Supporting rig, ground, and flight testing of the equipment.
- Ensuring the qualification/certification of equipment and corresponding functions.
- Applying agile development methodology.
- Participating in offer management and contributing to product sourcing policy.
- Benchmarking our solutions with state-of-the-art Mission Management Systems/Digital Maps.
- Actively contributing to the definition and execution of research and technology (R&T) activities and mission systems product strategy.
- Supporting knowledge exchange within Airbus (all divisions).

You will join a talented team of 65+ engineers in the Situational Awareness and Mission Management department responsible for terrain/weather/threats/traffic awareness functions, vision enhancement, targeting systems, data links, and mission management systems for all Airbus (e-)VTOLs.
