Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Extensive experience managing large, diverse IT teams in matrix organizations (20 years+)
- Strong background in technology and business roles within established companies.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives (Cloud, AI, Agile, Data).
- Over 10 years of project management experience, leading large, complex projects with Agile.
- Experience driving transformative IT and customer service strategies for competitive advantage
- Deep business acumen with a focus on organizational challenges and change leadership.
- Influential leader capable of driving alignment and delivering results across multiple levels (local/regional/international).
- Strong financial (P&L) and analytical skills.
- Team player, able to work collaboratively with others and leverage their skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Fluent in English (French/Spanish a plus).
Responsabilités
- Define strategy with CLP EXCOM members and implement the overall IT transformation strategy.
- Prioritize initiatives that align with business strategy and deliver measurable value, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analyze projects for governance readiness and ensure transparency of portfolio investments.
- Implement the AXA CLP architecture and roadmap, overseeing both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Select and deploy technologies that streamline operations and maximize strategic benefits, managing SLAs and ensuring compliance with Group policies, including ISO27001.
- Drive efficiency improvements and maintain high-quality infrastructure while ensuring adherence to security and architecture standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creative problem-solving.
- Drive change and transformation initiatives to support ongoing organizational growth and evolution.
