Exigences
Obligatoire:
- At least 5 years of experience leading transnational and cross-domain initiatives
- Proven track record in Project Management and IT Architecture
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (ideally SAFe)
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Comprehensive knowledge of IS Security and Cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud)
- Customer-oriented leadership skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Ability to navigate complex professional networks, particularly within Procurement organizations
- Advanced English level required for international and multi-site operations
Responsabilités
- Accountable for the full lifecycle of the Sourcing and General Procurement application portfolio
- Oversee every phase from initial design and industrialization to daily operations and eventual decommissioning
- Lead and orchestrate Multi-Functional Teams to drive product development and operational excellence
- Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure services meet established SLAs and business requirements
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and the Business Product Owner
- Translate strategic vision into a prioritized backlog
- Responsible for the Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring solutions deliver maximum value
- Drive continuous release management for seamless updates and innovations
- Maintain high service availability and define sustainable chargeback models
- Integrate an End-User Advocate approach to tailor solutions for real-world usage
- Leverage the Procurement Analytic scope to identify new opportunities and create services that solve complex business challenges
