Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Solid experience (5 years min.) in SAFe methodology applied to configuration management or Product Structure and data distribution.
- Technical expertise related to the position: knowledge of the components and patterns handled by the ART.
- Familiarity with the Airbus IT landscape (notably APS and 3DExperience) would be highly appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, strong communication abilities, and the capability to simplify complex concepts.
- Leadership qualities.
- Curiosity for the aerospace sector (Airbus A/C) and IT technologies.
- Negotiation level in English is mandatory; German or French are a plus.
- This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
Responsabilités
- Define the future direction of IT products by aligning technical architecture with the organizations strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Perform the functional and technical design of solutions, creating models and patterns that guide technological decisions.
- Act as the focal point between Product Management and technical teams to ensure solution integrity throughout the development cycle.
- Provide critical support to development teams regarding business domains (data ingestion, product structure management, compliance, and distribution).
- Ensure the application of quality standards (Built-In Quality) and compliance with Airbus processes (Scaled Agile / M20543) during all project phases.
