Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Background in computer science, data engineering (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in the design and architecture of data solutions
- Mastery of the modern technical ecosystem: ETL, data visualization tools, Cloud platforms (AWS, Google), and data transformation solutions
- Appetite or experience in an HRIS environment and infrastructure: Workday, Adaptive Planning, Prism, Cornerstone, SAP
- Understanding of microservices, APIs, Web applications, and storage/network security issues
- Negotiable level in English and demonstrated ability to federate various interlocutors in a multicultural context (Europe, India, USA, Canada)
Responsabilités
- Act as an expert to build innovative, robust, and secure data infrastructures for over 130,000 employees globally
- Define and implement governance, security, and quality of data to ensure HR information is accessible, reliable, and valuable
- Experiment and integrate cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI, AI agents) to transform HR processes while ensuring data compliance and security
- Promote a data culture within the organization by supporting employees and influencing working methods for a data-driven approach
- Interact actively with the global network of architects to inspire local teams and harmonize global practices
