Exigences
Obligatoire:
- University degree in an IT-related field
- Over 5 years of relevant work experience as a transnational team leader in IT areas of transnational companies
- Extensive experience in project/program management in complex environments
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (PPS, 5whys, etc.)
- Experience in developing technical and support documentation
- Knowledge of DevOps methods and tools
- Negotiation level in English (knowledge of German would be a plus)
Responsabilités
- Lead and motivate a team of Data Engineers around data integration platforms
- Prioritize and manage projects related to the data integration products backlog
- Collaborate with demand and delivery teams to align planning, execution, and SLA/OLA fulfillment across the product lifecycle
- Manage the full data integration product E2E lifecycle, including releases, testing, transitions, and operational integration aligned with ITIL practices
- Anticipate the needs related to new product capabilities based on new use cases and liaise with the head office to define the best approach
