VDI Solution Architect H/F

In this role, you'll plan, design, and integrate IT system components to meet customer requirements, ensuring they are handed over into Operations under clearly defined SLAs/OLAs. You'll design and implement IT solutions, maintaining consistency across IT products and ensuring that all solutions comply with current standards. As a subject matter expert for VDI and NetScaler technology clusters, you'll advise on and deliver these technologies, develop proof of concepts autonomously, and contribute to our future IT strategies and standards. Your key activities will include: - Defining the direction for future IT Products & Services. - Collaborating with architects and developers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Participating in all phases of the product life cycle. - Aligning architecture strategy with organizational business goals. - Managing requirements and guiding solution decisions. - Coordinating demands from M3 to EiS. - Performing technical and functional design for new solutions. - Validating product designs for consistency. - Providing L2/L3 support during crises. - Contributing to the development of our IT architecture and solutions.
