VDI Solution Architect H/F - Villeneuve-Tolosane

- Plan, design, and integrate IT system components while meeting customer requirements and ensuring a smooth handover to Operations under defined SLA’s/OLA’s. - Ensure consistency across IT products and stay updated with current technological standards. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for VDI technology and NetScaler technology, advising on and delivering relevant technologies. - Collaborate with other architects, systems analysts, and developers to provide high-quality solutions. - Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, and support. - Align architecture strategy with the organizations business goals and long-term planning for information systems. - Manage requirements and define models, including solution patterns to inform solution decisions. - Coordinate demands from the concept phase to entry into service, utilizing project management methodologies. - Implement project work packages in the VDI/NetScaler domain and validate product designs to maintain solution consistency. - Support functional and technical integration with other product teams, ensuring minimal impact on existing operations during project transitions. - Provide L2/L3 support to the RUN Operations team during crises while acquiring in-depth knowledge of the current infrastructure environment. ###
