Avionics Systems Engineering Leader (m/f) - Aubagne

I am excited to announce that we are looking for Systems Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering leaders to support the end-to-end development of new helicopter systems within Airbus Helicopters. We are undergoing a significant digital transformation aimed at leveraging the latest advances in technology, which is essential for achieving major efficiency breakthroughs across our programs and product life cycles. As I join the Avionics Systems Architecture Department, I will be part of a multifunctional and transnational team focusing on the deployment of Systems Engineering and MBSE. My role will include maturing and deploying a common understanding of SE/MBSE and establishing frameworks within Airbus Helicopters to ensure our products are architected and developed effectively and efficiently. In this role, I will support innovative concepts to better capture customer needs, discipline knowledge, and define architectures from early stages to detailed definitions while ensuring systematic architecture assessments, especially regarding operability, safety, security, and performance perspectives. Additionally, I will leverage semantic web techniques for digitization and promote the use of AI in these domains to enhance our processes.
