- Education: Engineer in Avionics, Electronics, or Systems Engineering
- Experience: 5-10 years or more
- Languages: Fluent in French and English

Knowledge in the following areas will be a plus:
- Modelling & Simulation experience, including techniques and standards such as SysML, UML, BPMN, and tools like HOPEX, CAMEO, or CATIA/3DX
- Ontology modelling using standards like OWL and tools like HOPEX
- Operational & functional analysis (MOFL)
Responsabilités
You will be responsible for maturing and deploying a common Systems Engineering (SE) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) understanding within Airbus Helicopters. Your main tasks will include:
- Contributing to Systems development by fostering SE/MBSE, coaching, and mentoring the team
- Supporting certification and qualification audits
- Promoting the extended use of state-of-the-art SE/MBSE methodologies across legacy and emerging programs, and monitoring deployment, especially for MBSE activities
- Defining and maintaining a harmonized MBSE & Architecture framework in collaboration with other Airbus Helicopters entities
- Preparing modelling environments for Systems development projects
- Conducting model consistency reviews/audits
- Managing models configuration for Systems
You will support innovative concepts to capture customer needs and discipline knowledge, specify and define architecture from the early stages to detailed definitions, and assess architecture systematically, focusing on operability, safety, security, and performance.

You will join the Avionics Systems Architecture Department, integrating into a multifunctional and transnational team dedicated to deploying Systems Engineering and MBSE. A formalized System Engineering process based on ARP4754 supports all daily tasks, ensuring high standards in our complex development environment.
