- Strong IT background (Functional & Technical architecture, development).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Technologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management approaches.

- Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités
- Balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements.
- Ensure the overall design, including technical requirements, principles, and models, that guide IT product solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, systems analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions through innovative technologies.
- Define models, including solution blueprints, to guide decisions related to IT solutions and participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
- Help align the architecture strategy with the organizations business objectives and long-term planning for IT systems.
- Adapt solutions and propose technical approaches in response to business needs.
- Identify technical gaps in tools in accordance with the functional guidelines.
- Promote collaborative work and an end-to-end approach to Out of the Box PLM solutions.
