Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong IT background in Functional & Technical architecture and development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Technologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management approaches.
- Advanced level of English and French.
- Demonstrated learning agility, entrepreneurship, and innovative “out of the box” thinking.
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Value-oriented with the ability to assess various approaches and ideas.
Responsabilités
- Support the “3DExperience solution rollout” team within the One Platform IM team.
- Balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements.
- Ensure the overall design of IT product solutions, aligned with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, systems analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design, integrate, and implement IT solutions, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Define models, including solution blueprints, to guide decisions related to IT solutions.
- Help align the architecture strategy with the organizations business objectives.
- Identify and fill technical gaps in tools according to functional guidelines.
- Encourage collaborative work and promote technical co-working on proposed solutions.
- Manage incident flow, reporting, and request creation via ServiceNow.
- Maintain effective communication with teams in English and collaborate in an international environment.
