Obligatoire:
As the successful candidate, you will need:
- A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- A strong IT background in both functional and technical architecture, as well as development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management approaches.
- An advanced level of English and French.
- Demonstrated learning agility, entrepreneurship, and innovative “out of the box” thinking.
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- A value-oriented mindset, with the ability to assess various approaches and ideas.
Responsabilités
In this role, you will:
- Balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements.
- Ensure the overall design, including technical requirements, principles, and models that guide the design of IT product solutions, in close collaboration with technology specialists.
- Ensure the integration of solutions across various systems, applications, and platforms to achieve business objectives.
- Design, integrate, and implement IT solutions from a technical perspective, ensuring that they are compliant with standards.
- Collaborate with architects, systems analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions through innovative technologies.
- Help define the direction of future IT products and validate product designs.
- Provide business process expertise to change management transformation and support architects during projects.
- Identify technical gaps in tools according to functional guidelines.
- Coordinate technical maturation phases during business explorations.
- Promote collaborative work and an end-to-end approach to Out of the Box PLM solutions.
