- Strong IT background in functional and technical architecture, as well as development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management approaches.

- Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités
- Balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements.
- Ensure overall design, including technical requirements, principles, and models, that guide the design of IT product solutions, aligned with Enterprise Architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with technology specialists and internal business stakeholders.
- Design, integrate, and implement IT solutions from a technical perspective, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Help define the direction of future IT products and services.
- Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, including research and design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Align architecture strategy with the organizations business objectives.
- Identify technical gaps in tools based on functional guidelines.
- Promote collaborative work and an end-to-end approach to PLM solutions.
