- Strong IT background in Functional & Technical architecture and development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Technologies.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management approaches.
- Advanced level of English and French.
- Demonstrated learning agility, entrepreneurship, and innovative out of the box thinking.
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multidisciplinary team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Value-oriented with the ability to assess various approaches and ideas.

Responsabilités
- Support the 3DExperience solution rollout team within the One Platform IM team.
- Balance technological opportunities with business (process) requirements.
- Ensure overall design, including technical requirements, principles, and models guiding IT product solutions.
- Collaborate with other architects, systems analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design, integrate, and implement IT solutions from a technical perspective.
- Help align architecture strategy with business objectives.
- Identify technical gaps in tools according to functional guidelines.
- Promote collaborative work and an end-to-end approach to Out of the Box PLM solutions.
- Manage incident flow, reporting, and request creation via ServiceNow.
- Maintain effective communication with teams in English and work in an international, multicultural environment.
