Exigences
Obligatoire:
As a candidate, I expect you to hold a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field. You should have 3-5 years of experience in access management, along with a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices, such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR, is necessary.
A strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), is essential. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including their implementation, configuration, and administration. Understanding cryptographic processes, such as key management and PKI, is also required. Knowledge of the ITIL framework is beneficial. For soft skills, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate team spirit, service-mindedness, accountability, and a self-driven approach. You must possess excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Responsabilités
As the Access IT Product Manager, I will hold end-to-end accountability for the product lifecycle, from conception and design to industrialization, operation, and retirement. My responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and support the definition of IAM strategies and access control policies. I will configure and administer the F5 platform, integrating it with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners.
Collaboration with application teams is crucial for integrating PingFederate, PingID, and F5 into their workflows. I will monitor system logs and alerts, investigate potential security incidents, and provide guidance to internal teams on the proper usage of F5 tools while ensuring adherence to established security policies. My duties will include troubleshooting user-to-system and system-to-system access issues, conducting routine maintenance, and participating in business continuity activities. I will coordinate closely with IM and business stakeholders to ensure their contributions to both run and build activities.
