Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Access management.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.
- Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding, and PKI).
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Proficient in French and English at a negotiation level.
Responsabilités
As Access IT Product Manager, I will be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle, including conception, design, industrialization, operation, and retirement of products such as F5, PingID, and PingFederate, along with PKI and password manager. My key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and define IAM strategies, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies.
- Configuring and administering the F5 platform and integrating it with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners.
- Supporting application teams in integrating PingFederate, PingID, and F5 into their workflows while providing assistance during build/design phases and run phases.
- Monitoring system logs and alerts, responding to potential security incidents in a timely manner.
- Providing guidance to internal teams on the proper usage of F5 tools and ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures.
- Troubleshooting user-to-system and system-to-system access issues.
- Conducting routine maintenance, including patches and software upgrades, in line with change management best practices.
- Participating in business continuity activities and ensuring security standards are met.
