Exigences
Obligatoire:
- I hold a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- I have 3-5 years of experience in Access Management.
- I possess a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- I am familiar with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, including ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.
- I have strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.
- I am knowledgeable in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners.
- I understand cryptographic processes, including key management, seeding, and PKI.
- I have knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- I embody team spirit, service-mindedness, and accountability.
- I am self-driven, motivated, and constantly learning on the job.
- I possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English at a negotiation level.
- I have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Responsabilités
- As the Access IT Product Manager, I will be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to retirement.
- I will deliver and deploy solutions, products, and services with end-to-end accountability while managing the product lifecycle.
- I will perform integration/support with application owners for IAM Access activities such as SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and define IAM strategies, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies.
- I will configure and administer the F5 platform, integrating it with target systems, user directories, and federation partners.
- I will collaborate with application teams to integrate PingFederate, PingID, and F5 into workflows and support during both Build/Design and Run phases.
- I will monitor system logs and alerts, investigating and responding to potential security incidents timely.
- I will provide guidance and support to internal teams on the proper usage of F5 tools and ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
- I will conduct routine maintenance, including monthly and quarterly patches and software upgrades, adhering to change management best practices.
- I will participate in business continuity activities for the team to ensure security standards are met.
