IAM IT Product Manager Access - Fuveau

- Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field - 3-5 years of experience in Access management - Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) - Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR - Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange - Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration, with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners - Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding and PKI) - Knowledge of the ITIL framework - Team spirit and good relationship as well as service mindedness and accountability are key values for this job position - Self-driven, motivated, constantly learning on the job and creative - Proven ability to work on high risk and complex integrated assignments - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Have the dual skills: Be autonomous and be team player - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions - French and English at negotiation level
