Exigences

- Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Access Management.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.
- Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners.
- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding, and PKI).
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Proficient in French and English at a negotiation level.

Responsabilités
- Deliver and deploy Access IT Products with end-to-end accountability.
- Manage the product lifecycle, developing and operating products to meet operational SLAs in close cooperation with Airbus.
- Act as the IT Product Manager for F5 and Password Manager, and serve as the IT Operator for PingID, PingFederate, and PKI.
- Integrate and support IAM Access activities, such as SSO configuration, alongside application owners.
- Troubleshoot issues and be the backup for current Access Products Managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and support IAM strategies.
- Configure and administer the F5 platform, integrating with various systems.
- Monitor system logs and respond to potential security incidents promptly.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on the use of F5 tools, ensuring adherence to security policies.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including patches and software upgrades.
- Participate in business continuity for the team and ensure security standards are maintained.
