Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Access management
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange
- Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration
- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding and PKI)
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Team spirit and good relationship as well as service mindedness and accountability
- Self-driven, motivated, constantly learning on the job and creative
- Proven ability to work on high risk and complex integrated assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Autonomous and team player
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- French and English at negotiation level
Responsabilités
- Deliver and deploy the solution, products, and services with end-to-end accountability
- Manage the product lifecycle, both developing and operating the products to meet operational SLAs
- Perform integration/support with application owners for IAM Access activities (like SSO configuration)
- Troubleshoot issues and provide backup for current Access Products Managers
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements
- Support the architect on the definition of IAM strategies, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies
- Configure and administer the F5 platform, including integration with various target systems
- Collaborate with application teams to integrate PingFederate, PingID, and F5 into their workflows
- Monitor system logs and alerts, investigating and responding to potential security incidents
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding the proper usage of F5 tools
- Conduct routine maintenance, including monthly and quarterly patches and software upgrades
- Participate in business continuity activities and ensure security standards are met
- Coordinate and facilitate run & build activities with all IM and business stakeholders
