Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Access management.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR.
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange.
- Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration with various target systems, user directories, and federation partners.
- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding, and PKI).
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- French and English at negotiation level.
Responsabilités
As the Access IT Product Manager, I will ensure end-to-end accountability for the product lifecycle, which includes:
- Delivering and deploying solutions, products, and services.
- Managing the lifecycle of F5 and Password Manager products, and acting as IT Operator for PingID, PingFederate, and PKI.
- Performing integration/support with application owners for IAM Access activities such as SSO configuration.
- Troubleshooting issues and providing backup support for current Access Product Managers.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define IAM strategies, authentication mechanisms, and access control policies.
- Configuring and administering the F5 platform, including integration with various target systems and user directories.
- Monitoring system logs and alerts to investigate and respond to security incidents.
- Providing guidance on the usage of F5 tools and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Conducting routine maintenance, including patches and software upgrades.
- Participating in business continuity activities and ensuring that security standards are met.
