Exigences
Obligatoire:
- Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Access management
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR
- Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange
- Knowledge in PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms, including implementation, configuration, and administration
- Understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding, and PKI)
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Proven ability to work on high-risk and complex integrated assignments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English at negotiation level
Responsabilités
As the Access IT Product Manager, I will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to retirement. This includes:
- Delivering and deploying solutions, products, and services with end-to-end accountability and managing the product lifecycle in close coordination with Airbus
- Configuring and administering the F5 platform, including integrating it with various target systems and user directories
- Collaborating with application teams to integrate PingFederate, PingID, and F5 into workflows
- Monitoring system logs and alerts, and promptly responding to potential security incidents
- Providing guidance and support to internal teams regarding the proper usage of F5 tools
- Conducting routine maintenance, including monthly and quarterly patches and software upgrades
- Participating in business continuity activities for the team and ensuring security standards are met
