IAM IT Product Manager H/F

We are looking for an IT Product Manager with a Masters degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field. You should possess 3-5 years of experience in Access management and have a solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and best practices (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks related to IAM, such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-63, or GDPR, is essential. A strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure token exchange, is required. Experience with PingFederate, PingID, and F5 platforms in implementation, configuration, and administration is important, along with an understanding of cryptographic processes (key management, seeding, and PKI) and knowledge of the ITIL framework. In terms of soft skills, we value team spirit, good relationships, service-mindedness, and accountability. You should be self-driven, motivated, and constantly learning on the job while being creative. Proven ability to work on high-risk and complex integrated assignments, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a balance of autonomy and teamwork are key. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions, are necessary. Proficiency in both French and English at a negotiation level is required.
